Bill Johnson
BSSM PresidentBill Johnson is the Senior Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, California. Bill is a fifth-generation pastor with a rich heritage in the Holy Spirit. The present move of God has brought Bill into a deeper understanding of the phrase “on earth as it is in heaven.” Bill and the Bethel Church family have taken on this theme for life and ministry, where healing and miracles are normal. Bill teaches that we owe the world an encounter with God and a gospel without power is not the gospel Jesus preached. Bill is co-founder of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Bill serves a growing number of churches partnered for revival. This apostolic network has crossed denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders to walk in both purity and power. Bill and his late wife, Beni, have three children and eleven grandchildren. Their three children and spouses are all involved in full-time ministry.
Steve & Ruth Moore
BSSM School Planting DirectorsSteve and Ruth Moore are the Senior Overseers of BSSM School Planting and BSSM Online. Prior to this, they served as the Directors of BSSM Alumni and were responsible for the Commissioning and Ordination for Bethel Church, Redding. Ruth and Steve are graduates of BSSM and are deeply committed to seeing heaven’s realities manifested on the earth. Steve received his MBA from Anderson University and has a heart to minister to business leaders and to see kingdom principles integrated into the workplace. Ruth burns to see people encounter the love of the Father in healing and freedom. Together, they have a heart to teach, equip, and empower the body of Christ to live a supernatural lifestyle and receive the abundant life Jesus provided for us at the cross! Ruth and Steve reside in Redding, California with their two beautiful children, Hannah and Jack.
Dawna De Silva
Director of Transformation CenterDawna is the founder and co-leader of Bethel Sozo, the inner healing and deliverance ministry of Bethel Church. She lives in Redding, California where she oversees Bethel’s Transformation Center. Dawna travels extensively empowering and equipping the church to walk in freedom and wholeness of body, soul and spirit. Her bestselling book, Shifting Atmospheres, has become a powerful tool for daily empowerment. Whether training in Sozo, preaching, shifting atmospheres, or ministering prophetically, Dawna releases people, churches, and cities into new vision and freedom.
Dave Harvey
Director of Bethel Leaders NetworkDave & his wife, Taff are the Directors of the Bethel Leaders Network (BLN) which exists to connect, encourage, and empower leaders across the world. Prior to this role, Dave was a pastor and manager at Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Dave is a gifted motivational speaker who has a powerful prophetic voice and international influence. His passion is the empowerment of individuals, leaders, and communities, in all spheres of society, helping them to live naturally supernatural lives. Dave worked in Australia as a secondary teacher, consultant to schools and community organizations, and has pioneered many effective programs and motivational seminars which continue to empower young people and families. He has also authored and ghost-written several books which have impacted the global community. Dave is also the founder of ‘INCREASE’, releasing testimonies of God’s goodness through print and the ‘Increase’ Testimony App. His passion to steward the testimony is contagious. Dave & Taff live in Redding, California with their three blonde boys Zeke, Jaden, and Chase.
Kris Vallotton
BSSM DirectorKris Vallotton is the Senior Associate Leader of Bethel Church, Redding and is the Co-Founder of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). He is also the Founder and President of Moral Revolution, and a sought-after international conference speaker. Kris and his wife, Kathy, have trained, developed, and pastored prophetic teams and supernatural schools all over the world.
Richard Gordon
BSSM Online Associate OverseerLibby Gordon is devoted to a life of intimacy with God. She serves as the associate overseer of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry Online and is a speaker at Bethel Church. She is passionate about raising up a generation who make known the reality of God, in every area of life and land. Libby and her husband, Richard, have chosen a model of ministry that they recognized in Jesus – vulnerability and moving in power are inseparable. This lifestyle has sparked & sustains the miraculous in their lives & those they lead. Raised in South Africa, she has worked in church and the academic world. Although, Libby and Richard are primarily cheering on their son, Moses, as he begins preschool and their daughter, Ella Rose, as she takes her first steps. Richard Gordon was raised in South Africa where he married his beautiful wife, Libby, and completed his BSc in Computer Engineering and MA in Electronic Engineering. He has had the privilege of working alongside some of the world’s best tech companies. Richard and his wife pastor at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Richard is also the Revival Group pastor over Bethel School of Technology. His dream is to raise up world-changers and influencers like Daniel who will shape and shift culture, encountering and ushering in the presence of God wherever they go. He comes alive, igniting the potential in people around him and seeing the Glory of God move across the earth!
Brad Klynsmith
Young Adults Pastor & BSSM Online ManagerBrad is a pastor and Manager in the BSSM Online environment. He left a career as a full-time musician and moved from Durban, South Africa in 2018 with his wife Carla to do BSSM. After graduating from the school, he was hired as a Revival Group Pastor on the BSSM online team. Since then, Brad had his first child, Everly Atlas, and additionally began to oversee BSSMO worship, encounter rooms, and a school activation called Home Town. Brad is passionate about the presence of God and establishing the Kingdom of heaven in all spheres of society through raising up Kingdom minded leaders that both know God and His power.
Adrianna Ramos
BSSM School Planting Associate DirectorAdrianna is the Associate Director of BSSM School Planting and runs the day-to-day operations of the department. Adrianna was born and raised in California, and in 2013 she attended First Year at the Healing Rooms School of Supernatural Ministry (HRSSM) in Santa Maria, CA. In 2014, she moved to Redding and attended all three years of BSSM. In 2017 she joined the BSSM School Planting staff and has been here ever since. Adrianna has a passion to see school leaders and schools thrive. Because of the impact of HRSSM on her life, she knows how important schools of supernatural ministry are. She is honored to serve BSSM School Planting in every capacity she is able.
Dann Farrelly
BSSM DeanDann Farrelly has been on staff at Bethel Church, Redding since 1991. Dann is the Lead Pastor of Bethel Church, Redding and the Dean of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). He is a graduate of Simpson College and holds a MA in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dann is uniquely gifted to bring rich insights from the Word of God with wit, humor, and great anointing. Often, you can find his desk covered in books. Dann is married to Christie, and they have three children.
Leslie Crandall
BSSM First Year Senior OverseerLeslie and her husband Tom have been serving in full-time ministry for over nineteen years, and the privilege of being on staff at Bethel for over ten of those years. Leslie has a passion to lead people into an authentic and thriving relationship with Jesus. Her core messages bring people into the simplicity and power of intimacy with God. Her greatest joy is investing in her two children, Joel and Adelyn, as well as developing leaders who carry the fires of revival in this generation.
Angelo Jeanpierre
BSSM Outreach DirectorAngelo has served Bethel Church in Redding, CA, for the past 10 years and has served as the outreach director for Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for the past 6 years. His heart as the director has been to support the fathers of the house in city-wide transformation. He mobilizes more than two thousand students in over 200 outreaches throughout the community every week. He is passionate about activating and equipping the body of Christ to live out the gospel of Jesus. His desire is to empower people into stepping into their God-given destiny. Angelo trains leaders, leads ministry trips all around the world and is an active voice in raising up evangelists and equipping the church to reach the ends of the earth.
